My Thesis in 5 Minutes

Calling all MA students! If you're in the midst of your thesis, just starting, or planning to embark on this academic journey next semester, this event is created especially for you!

If you're currently working on your thesis, whether you started this semester or the last, here's a chance to share your journey. Under the guidance of Lorena Schneider, the Mono-Master Study Coordinator, a laid-back gathering is being organized for you to present your thesis topics, research questions, and how you're tackling them. It's a great way to connect with both new and senior students, swap ideas, and gain insights into the thesis writing process.

It is all casual:  think of your presentation as a quick "elevator pitch" about your work, lasting only 3-5 minutes. No need for PowerPoint; just share where you're at, any hurdles you've faced, and strategies you've found helpful. It's all about sharing experiences, not results.

Want to join in? Add your name and thesis title to Google Sheet. Even if presenting isn't your thing, you're welcome to come, listen, and ask questions. Either way, please sign up here.

Event Info:

  • When: Friday, April 19th, 2024, 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM
