LiRI – Linguistic Research Infrastructure

LiRI Highlighted at 13th Day of Swiss Linguistics

We are delighted to announce that the Linguistic Research Infrastructure (LiRI) will be showcased at the 13th Swiss Linguistics Day (13ème Journée de Linguistique Suisse) on 28 June 2024.

Organized biennially, the Swiss Linguistics Day provides Swiss researchers with a platform to present their individual or collective projects. This event, unlike traditional conferences, offers a comprehensive overview of ongoing linguistic research in Switzerland, aiming to increase project visibility and foster new synergies and collaborations. It also serves as an excellent networking opportunity for young researchers.

In this edition, our colleagues Sandra Schwab and Jonathan Schaber from the University of Zurich (UZH) will present their work on the LiRI platform. Their contribution, titled "Linguistic Research Infrastructure (LiRI): A Technology Platform for Research in Linguistics and Language Sciences," will be delivered as an oral presentation and accompanied by a poster session.
